We are online only but ship wherever you need us to! We can also arrange in person pick-ups within the metro Atlanta area.
  • Are the items Elevate sells authentic?

YES! Here at Elevate, we pride ourselves in quality, sustainability, and customer service. Every item we sell is 100% authentic and authorized. This is usually confirmed by the source, i.e. getting Nike shoes directly from the Nike Store. We also thoroughly inspect inventory received from third parties in our warehouse as well as with the help of marketplace intermediaries such as eBay Authentication, GOAT App, CheckCheck, The RealReal, and many others.

    • How often does Elevate get new inventory?
    Inventory is constantly getting uploaded on a daily basis. Subscribe to our website and turn on Instagram notification @elevatethrifts for a better chance at first grabs.
      • How long does delivery take?
      Processing time for orders is typically 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for delivery within the continental United States.
        • How can I track my order?
        After your order, we will email you status updates and upload your tracking number when we ship.
